"Four envelopes posted from US navy ships in 1948-9. The ships are USS Whitley (attack cargo ship), USS Leary (destroyer), USS Harold J Ellison (destroyer) and USS Charleston (high speed minesweeper). The postage stamps are all commemoratives.
